The airport transfer is the first real part of any trip, and the part where most things can go wrong: a delayed flight, more luggage than expected, a taxi that never shows up at three in the morning. This service exists so that leg of the journey is simply not your problem.

Every transfer is private: your group travels alone. The driver tracks your flight, so whether you land early or late, someone will be waiting for you at the arrivals gate.

How the transfer works

  • Meet and greet at arrivals

    Your driver waits inside the terminal, at the arrivals gate, holding a sign with your name. You do not need to call anyone or find a pickup point after landing.

  • Up to two hours of free waiting time

    If your flight is delayed, we wait up to two hours at no extra charge. Beyond that, waiting time is charged, and the rate depends on the month you travel.

  • Child and baby seats

    Child seats are available. Tell us the ages when you book and they will be fitted before you arrive.

  • Late night flights and holidays

    We operate 24 hours a day, every day of the year. Overnight arrivals and public holidays are covered like any other service.

Airport transfer questions

What happens if my flight is delayed?

We wait up to two hours at no extra cost. If the delay goes beyond that, waiting time is charged and the rate varies depending on the month. Either way the driver stays at the airport: you will not land and find yourself without a transfer.

How do I find my driver on arrival?

Your driver waits at the arrivals gate holding a sign with your name. There is no need to call or go looking for the vehicle.

Do you operate at night and in the early hours?

Yes. We work 24 hours a day, every day of the year, including public holidays. Overnight arrivals are a routine part of our service.

Do you provide child seats?

Yes, child and baby seats are available. Let us know the children ages when booking so the vehicle is ready before your trip.

How far in advance should I book?

Fifteen days ahead in high season and seven days in low season. The earlier you book, the easier it is to secure the exact pickup time you need.

How do I pay for the transfer?

We accept cash, bank transfer and card, in Uruguayan pesos, US dollars or Brazilian reais. A deposit confirms the booking.
