Weddings in José Ignacio and La Barra almost always share the same logistical problem: the party is at a ranch or an estate, guests are spread across Punta del Este and Maldonado, and the return happens at dawn. Solving that with private cars ends with people lost on gravel roads and someone driving who should not be.

We coordinate guest transport end to end: pickups at the points you choose, transfer to the venue and return at the agreed times. We also cover night parties, birthdays, corporate events and celebrations that run into the early hours.

How we organise it

  • Pickups at several points

    We agree together where each group of guests boards: hotels, rented houses or a single meeting point.

  • Night and early morning service

    We operate 24 hours. You set the return time, and if the party runs long we adjust it.

  • Staggered returns

    Not everyone leaves at the same time. We can run more than one return trip so nobody has to stay longer or leave early.

  • One vehicle or several

    Depending on the number of guests we coordinate one or more vehicles for 15, 17 and 20 passengers, working together.

Event transport questions

Do you work in the early hours?

Yes, 24 hours a day, every day of the year, holidays included. Most of the weddings we cover finish at dawn.

How many guests can you move?

Each vehicle carries between 15 and 20 passengers. For larger groups we run several vehicles together with synchronised timings.

How far in advance should we book?

Fifteen days in high season, seven in low season. For weddings it is worth booking as soon as the venue and time are confirmed, because summer weekends fill up quickly.

What if the timings change?

Let us know and we will adjust. What matters is that the change reaches us with enough notice to reorganise the vehicle and driver.

Can we cancel?

Yes, up to 24 hours before the service. The deposit paid to confirm the booking is not refunded.
