Moving a group is not the same as moving one passenger several times. Schedules depend on a fixture or an agenda, luggage is bulky, there are internal transfers across several days, and one person is responsible for making sure transport is never the thing that fails.

We work with sports teams, companies, institutions and tour groups, and also with hotels and agencies that refer their passengers to us. We handle anything from a single transfer to the full mobility of an entire stay.

For groups larger than a single vehicle we coordinate several units together.

    Squads and coaching staff, working around competition schedules and with room for equipment.

  • Companies and institutions

    Conferences, meetings, incentives and scheduled staff transfers, with fixed timings and proper receipts.

  • Hotels and agencies

    We work with hotels and agencies that refer passengers to us, with the coordination handled directly between us.

  • Multi day mobility

    If the group needs the vehicle for the whole stay, we build the complete plan instead of charging transfer by transfer.

Group transport questions

How many passengers fit in each vehicle?

We have vehicles for 15, 17 and 20 passengers. For larger groups we coordinate several units travelling together.

Do you travel across the country?

Yes. We are based in Punta del Este and cover all of Uruguay, including Montevideo, Colonia and the eastern destinations.

Do you work with hotels and agencies?

Yes, we have arrangements with hotels and agencies that refer passengers to us. If you represent a company in the sector, get in touch.

How far in advance should a group book?

Fifteen days in high season and seven in low season. For teams with a multi day schedule, the earlier the better.

How is payment handled?

Cash, bank transfer and card, in Uruguayan pesos, US dollars or Brazilian reais. A deposit confirms the booking.
